Slight wear, fired only a few times, mechanically perfect.

Once the item has been received and passes our inspection your payouts will be processed. Credit for trades will be issued via email within 24 hours of inspection. Checks will be mailed with in 24 hours of inspection and typically delivered within 3-5 business days(times could be delayed depending on usps delivery times).
We either offer checks which are mailed directly to you or in-store/online credit which is sent via email as a giftcard.
After you accept our offer, TCGuns will email a pre-paid label & packing steps. Make sure the firearm is unloaded and do not ship ammo (we’ll deduct a handling fee of $50 if ammo is included). Wrap the gun and accessories with bubble wrap, pass the quick “shake test” (nothing should rattle), seal the box, and remove any firearm markings or hazardous labels.
Yes. It’s completely legal to ship your firearm to TCGuns from out of state. All shipments are sent directly to our licensed FFL location, following federal and state laws. Just be sure the firearm is unloaded, properly packaged, and shipped according to the instructions we provide once you accept our offer.
If an item fails inspection we’ll email you within 3 business days explaining why and what your options are. You can pay a $50 return fee (unless waived) and we’ll ship the firearm to your chosen local FFL for transfer back to you. If you don’t pay the fee within 90 days, the firearm transfers to TCGuns.
Common reasons a firearm might fail inspection:
If a handling fee applies (e.g., ammo shipped with the gun), we’ll notify you and either deduct it from the purchase payment or invoice you if we do not buy the item.
Our offer stands for 10 business days from email being sent to you. After 10 days you would need to re-submit the request.
We will purchase or trade most used or new firearms in good working condition. We do not purchase NFA items currently.
There is no background check to be processed in selling a firearm. You MUST be the rightful owner to sell a firearm as our Terms and Conditions states.
